MENTAL & PHYSICAL ASSESSMENT

Check in with your mind-body awareness and resilience, using the same questionnaires as Olympic athletes - all answers remain 100% confidential between you and your coach

TAILORED MIND-BODY WORKOUTS

1. Success visualisation (5 min)

2. Workout (20-60 min for 2-7 times per week; at home, in gym or outdoors)

3. Meditation (5-10 min)  

Plus an option of short daily mental training activities - divided into weekly topics & learnings
