We offer four distinctive workout themes to target all aspects of a persons professional and personal life. Everything from short 15-minute energizers to 60-minute flexibility session, we’ve got you covered.

Using the process of creating headspace for ourselves to improve our creativity and problem solving skills. This session help us put things into perspective and respond to stressful situations with a level head, without over reacting, and later regretting behavior.



Working and toning the entire body through tailored yoga exercises for strength. Improve posture, reduce work-related aches and pains and become the strongest version of yourself


Enable a sense of community and collaboration in your organisation. Pairing up with a colleague to strengthen both relationships, the mind and the body.

Being flexible and resilient is how we are able to take on-board our mistakes without self-judgment or projecting onto others. Moving with the breath is key to this session, and this skill.
